Gordon & Anne McBride

Gordon and Anne have been married for over 40 years and live in Somerset. They have two children and four grandchildren.

Gordon was head of German at Millfield where he was also in charge of athletics for a number of years. He has qualified as a County Director since retiring from teaching. He is also a qualified timekeeper and enjoys officiating at athletics meetings in the South-West.

Anne was a peripatetic oboe teacher and taught part-time in various schools around the county including Millfield, Downside and King's Bruton. She qualified as an aromatherapist in 1997 and has organised the local complementary therapy group for a number of years.
